Wendy Baird is President and Chief Inspiration Officer of Insight 180 and insight180:green, a brand consulting and design firm in Ellicott City, MD. She has been advising companies on positioning strategy, brand identity, and strategies for growth for more than 20 years and is a member of American Institute of Graphic Arts, National Association of Female Executives, and DesignCanChange.org. Together with co-owner Chris Quinn, they have been helping forward-thinking businesses address their brand issues, discover positioning opportunities and reinvent existing brands.
After having created Responsible Care reports for chemical companies in the '90s, they developed an interest in and further explored the green and social responsibility arenas, and in 2006 launched insight180:green to address branding issues surrounding green differentiation.
Wendy has written and spoken on topics including personal branding, positioning, brand differentiation, how corporate social responsibility and green issues influence brand, and has led workshops related to marketing differentiation.
