Donald Rataj graduated from the University of Kansas’ School of Architecture with a degree in Environmental Design in 1976. He is a licensed architect in approximately 20 states around the U.S., certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
As a 24 year CEO/Partner at his private commercial architectural firm, he has experience as an expert construction/ADA witness for commercial construction cases. Rataj is a past member of American Arbitration Association and arbitrated three major construction projects. As a speaker, he presented at the ShoWest convention on movie theater ADA accessibility with stadium seating. Donald also served as a speaker for the Presidents Forum “Saving Green by Going Green.”
